At least one author of each accepted paper must complete an application form before the deadline.<\/strong>
One author registration is valid for one (1) paper.
One author can register up to 2 papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All co-authors attending the conference must register for the conference according to their status as described in the registration form.<\/strong> The person presenting the paper at the conference must be the (co)author of the paper and a registered conference participant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papers from young and acclaimed scientists are accepted only in co-authorship with the school student (s) or BSc\/MSc\/PhD student (s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until May 24, 2026<\/strong> - Deadline for submitting requests and scientific reports according to regulations;
Until June 1, 2026<\/strong> - sending emails with recommendations to the referees
Until June 8, 2026<\/strong> - Receipt of corrected reports, according to the comments of the reviewers and final confirmation of the accepted reports;
Until June 8, 2026<\/strong> Last chance for payment via bank transfer (after this the fees will be charged with 20% profit during the event); Introduction of the conference's events.
June 15, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Registration of conference participants at the rest station of TU-Sofia, Sozopol; Plenary session;
June 16 \u2013 18, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Section meetings, scientific discussions, events and training;
June 19, 2026<\/strong> - Closing events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
