Important dates and application

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete an application form before the deadline.
One author registration is valid for one (1) paper.
One author can register up to 2 papers.

All co-authors attending the conference must register for the conference according to their status as described in the registration form. The person presenting the paper at the conference must be the (co)author of the paper and a registered conference participant.

Papers from young and acclaimed scientists are accepted only in co-authorship with the school student (s) or BSc/MSc/PhD student (s).

Until May 10, 2026 - Deadline for submitting requests and scientific reports according to regulations;
Until May 17, 2026 - sending emails with recommendations to the referees
Until May 24, 2026 - Receipt of corrected reports, according to the comments of the reviewers and final confirmation of the accepted reports;
Until June 1, 2026 Last chance for payment via bank transfer (after this the fees will be charged with 20% profit during the event); Introduction of the conference's events.
June 15, 2026 – Registration of conference participants at the rest station of TU-Sofia, Sozopol; Plenary session;
June 16 – 18, 2026 – Section meetings, scientific discussions, events and training;
June 19, 2026 - Closing events:
